1. Contributions to Pickens for Congress are not deductible for federal income tax purposes.

2. Individual contributions may be accepted up to $2,700 for each the primary and general election cycles on a single check or credit card totaling $5,400.

3. Couples using a joint checking or credit card account may contribute up to $5,400 to both the primary and the general election cycle on a single check or credit card totaling up to $10,800. Both contributors should fill out the information enclosed.

4. PAC contributions may be accepted up to $5,000 from a multi-candidate PAC for both the primary and general election cycles or $10,000 in total.

5. Contributions from corporations, foreign nationals (non-green card holders), labor unions, and federal government contractors are prohibited.
